  • Hardware and Software Support: Provided technical support to staff and resolved hardware and software issues. Installed and configured new software applications. Maintained an inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Cybersecurity: Implemented and maintained security protocols. Monitored systems for security breaches. Educated staff on IT security best practices.
  • Training and Support: Conducted IT training sessions for staff. Created and maintained documentation and user manuals.
  • Disaster Recovery: Developed and implemented disaster recovery plans. Ensured regular data and system backups.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Ensured IT practices complied with regional, national, or industry-specific regulations.
  • Planning and Organizing: Effectively planned, organized, directed, controlled, and evaluated the operations of information systems and electronic data processing departments.
  • Policy Development: Formulated and implemented policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems development and operations.
